About Premium24
Premium24 is an independent service where you buy Telegram Premium and Stars for Uzbek som with an Uzcard or Humo card. Our goal is simple: anyone with a local card should be able to buy Premium and Stars safely, clearly and without scammers.

Why Premium24?
Most people in Uzbekistan have an Uzcard or Humo card, but buying Telegram Premium and Stars from Telegram itself needs an international card or crypto. Scammers take advantage of that gap: they promise cheap Premium and ask for a password or SMS code. We do it differently: we only ask for your @username, publish our prices openly and match every payment precisely to its order.
How we work
- Purchases only happen in @premium24bot. We never message people from personal accounts with offers.
- Premium and Stars are sent through Telegram's official gift feature.
- Customers send the money themselves, and we have no access to their cards.
- If an order is not delivered because of a problem on our side, the money is refunded in full within 1 day.
What we are not
- We are not an official Telegram representative or partner.
- We are not a service that needs to log into your account or asks for a password or code.
- We do not set up subscriptions that charge your card automatically.
