I paid but Premium or Stars did not arrive
Do not worry, your money is not lost. First wait a few minutes and check that Premium or Stars went to the right @username. If nothing has arrived after 15 minutes, send us the receipt, the amount and the time of the transfer. The payment will be checked and the order delivered, or the money refunded in full.

What should you check first?
1. Wait a few minutes
Delivery is automatic, but the bank may need a little time to confirm the transfer.
2. Look for Premium in the right place
Open Settings in Telegram: if Premium is active, a Premium badge appears next to your name. The gift message will also be in your chat list.
3. Check your Stars balance
Your current balance is shown under Telegram Stars in Settings.
4. Check the username
If the order had someone else's username, Premium or Stars went to them. Look in the bot to see which username was in the order.
What if it still has not arrived?
Please message the @premium24_bot help center and send:
- the receipt or a screenshot from your banking app;
- the exact amount and time of the transfer;
- the @username from the order.
The payment is found by its amount and time. If the order was not delivered, it is delivered or the money is refunded in full to the card you paid from. More: Guarantees and refunds.
To help you, nobody will ever ask for your password, an SMS code or your card details.

Should I pay again?
No. Do not pay a second time until the first payment has been checked.
I rounded the amount. What now?
For example, if you sent 187 000 instead of 186 900, the order may not be found automatically. Send the receipt and the payment will be checked by hand.
What if I paid after the timer ran out?
Your money is still not lost. Send the receipt and the payment will be found by its time and amount.
