You can only take the monthly plan yourself, from your own account in the app or @PremiumBot, usually with a foreign card. Do not trust anyone who offers a month and asks for your SMS code: they will log into your account.

Yes. Enter their @username in the order. Premium reaches them as a gift from Telegram and they pay nothing.

Several people can buy the same thing at the same time, so every order gets its own amount, for example 186 900 UZS instead of 187 000. That amount is how your payment gets matched to your order. It is never above the price, so just do not round it.

Yes, with a card-to-card transfer in the app. What matters is that exactly the amount shown by the bot reaches the card.

No. A regular Uzcard or Humo card is enough, and you pay in Uzbek som.

No. You send the money yourself and we have no access to your card. Gifted Premium does not renew automatically either.

If an order is not delivered because of a problem on our side, the money is refunded in full within 1 day. Send us the receipt, the amount, the time of the transfer and the @username.

Premium or Stars go to that account and cannot be taken back. Check the username in Telegram search before you pay.

Yes, but a new Premium cannot be added on top of an active one automatically. It is sent by hand on the day the current one ends. The end date cannot be detected automatically, so after paying, please message the @premium24_bot help center and tell us the date.

No, only your @username. Premium and Stars are sent through Telegram's gift feature, so nobody logs into your account. Never give a password or code to anyone who asks for one.

No, it is an independent service. Premium and Stars arrive through Telegram's own gift feature, so they are real and show up inside Telegram.

Stars are Telegram's in-app currency. You use them for paid posts, bots and mini apps, gifts, reactions and channel subscriptions.

Your chats, files and channels stay where they are. Only the Premium features switch off, and you can renew any time.
